Hello Summer!
It is the time of the year again where I am in the look out for the best team building venues. For the past fifteen (15) years, I have been tasked to plan and organize this annual activity for our small group of 15 to 20 employees.

Conducting team buildings is very vital to an organization and it has always been our goal to obtain the following :
1. to develop the team's efficiency and effectiveness in achieving a common goal;
2. to develop a trusting environment;
3. to set clear goals;
4. to encourage open communication and interaction;
5. to motivate the team to go beyond their limits that will help them achieve more.
Last years' team building was a revelation. Not only that it achieved our five(5) goals listed above, it also revealed the strength and weaknesses of each of us as an individual.
So here are the seven (7) fun and exciting activities we did for our team building last year held at Forest Club Eco Resort located at Brgy. Puypuy and Brgy. Masaya, Bay, Laguna
SURVIVAL GAMES - Challenging yet safe activities that help in breaking down barriers and in overcoming fears.
The Forest Canopy Walk - A 10-foot high, 500 meter long bamboo walkway connecting trees along the Forest Club property

How to Get There
The Forest Club Eco Resort is located at Barangays Puypuy and Masaya, Bay, Laguna and is less than an hour from the Calamba exit of the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX).
via Los Baños and Bay, Laguna
- From Makati, take the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and exit at Calamba
- Take the National Road towards Sta. Cruz and go past Calamba, Pansol and Los Banos
- After the Los Banos junction, go past South Supermarket, the UPLB Open University, Petron and Total gas stations until you hit Brgy. Maahas
- Then turn right at the junction of the National Highway and Puypuy Road in Bay. This is the same road that leads to the Makban Geothermal Plant. Watch out for the large Forest Club directional sign at the corner of the National Highway and Puypuy Road.
- The Forest Club is 3 kms away from this corner sign, and is right beside the Bo. Masaya arch. Look out for the blue gate with The Forest Club logo
- The Forest Club is just 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Ortigas Center in Pasig City and is located at Barangays Puypuy and Masaya, Bay, Laguna
