Hello Summer!
It is the time of the year again where I am in the look out for the best team building venues. For the past fifteen (15) years, I have been tasked to plan and organize this annual activity for our small group of 15 to 20 employees.

Conducting team buildings is very vital to an organization and it has always been our goal to obtain the following :
1. to develop the team's efficiency and effectiveness in achieving a common goal;
2. to develop a trusting environment;
3. to set clear goals;
4. to encourage open communication and interaction;
5. to motivate the team to go beyond their limits that will help them achieve more.
Last years' team building was a revelation. Not only that it achieved our five(5) goals listed above, it also revealed the strength and weaknesses of each of us as an individual.
So here are the seven (7) fun and exciting activities we did for our team building last year held at Forest Club Eco Resort located at Brgy. Puypuy and Brgy. Masaya, Bay, Laguna
SURVIVAL GAMES - Challenging yet safe activities that help in breaking down barriers and in overcoming fears.
The Forest Canopy Walk - A 10-foot high, 500 meter long bamboo walkway connecting trees along the Forest Club property
No turning back! |
Mud Crawl - A 25-meter long, 6 inch deep circular mud crawl course
Challenge yourself. Overcome your fear. |
Bamboo Rafting - One by one or with partner, participants pull themselves across the length of the two-feet deep lagoon
It looks easy, BUT IT'S NOT! JLo and Riel trying to balance. |
TRUST AND FIELD GAMES - Fun-filled activities that help foster self-confidence, trust, teamwork and healthy competition.
The MineBomb Game requires Trust and Confidence to the Leader |
