The Skin Philosophie Signature Facial starts with cleansing using a hypoallergenic cleanser (for sensitive to normal skin) or a degreasing wash (for oily skin). It is then followed by a sensual aromatheraphy, a calming lymphatic massage and galvanic toning. Scrubbing and diamond microdermabrasion come next to facilitate deeper cleansing by removing dead skin cells that clog pores as well as superficial blackheads and whiteheads. Finally, a high frequency device closes the pores and application of toner restores the natural skin pH.

It was then followed by an Intralesional Steriod Injection. I already experienced this before, so I know what to expect. "Tiis Ganda" as what we ladies say, but I tell you that the bumps swiftly flatten within 12 to 24 hours after injection. The injection of steroids effectively controls the inflammation, thereby lessening the chances of scars, pigmentation and enlarged pores.
